  1. Well, as I said in the previous post where I Copied the 'ENTIRE" product page. They DID NOT say no 2d panel. And I bought this on the PMDG reputation and the FACT that the 737ngx DOES have one. Sooo, I would think that in you're analagy that if you previously owned a chevy with an dashboard, you would be reasonable to assume if you purchase another it would have one too. You shouldn't have to track down posts on a separate forum to find out that it doesn't. So no need to flame me because I didn't go to 20 different websites and just read the product description. Even Majestic stated that thier Dash 8 had no 2D panel "at least in a round about way" on thier product page by saying it was available on the more expensive package.
  2. Yeah, I know using "a" to hop from position to postion makes things a little easier. But, the 2d panel had most things all in one place. I'm not trying to rile up the ######, I truely feel this is a great plane. And think the little bit more with a 2d panel would be the icing on the cake. Like I said, the glaring hole in F10 just seems to make it look unfinished. Edit: Really "fan boys" gets bleeped?
  3. Hmmm, well. I guess not everyone followed the production of the product as closely as you guys. Theres no need to be snippy about the request. It just seems to me to be lacking, I for one use the 2d panel when flying almost as much as the vc so it's a great disappointment to see it's not there. I looked on the product page BEFORE buying it and there is NO mention of "no 2D panel" there. So, no, they didn't have it mentioned for those saying they did. See below from the PMDG product page for those saying "they told us". Product Description PMDG is proud to offer the PMDG 777-200LR/F. The “Triple Seven” as it is affectionately known is one of the world’s most popular long-range airliners and is the world’s largest twin-engine jet. Developed with technical input from Boeing and a team of real-life 777 crew and maintenance advisors, the PMDG 777-200LR/F is an extremely sophisticated simulation with nearly every function of its real-life systems modeled in high fidelity. Both the ultra-long range 777-200LR and the 777F freighter variants powered by massive GE90-110B1 engines are included. Numerous airline liveries and options are available for free download including all current operators of both types. Including and building on all of the groundbreaking features present in our PMDG 737NGX, the PMDG 777-200LR/F is also the first FSX addon to model the Electronic CheckList (ECL) system from the real airplane in exacting detail. Watch as your Windows mouse cursor seamlessly transforms into the onscreen ECL cursor in the cockpit to allow you to interact with the system. This system greatly aids the pilots of the real airplane and now you have it too in FSX with an extremely intuitive interface. The PMDG 777-200LR/F raises the bar once again for immersion and interactivity. Gallery SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Minimum OS: Windows 7 64-bit (older OSes such as Windows XP, 32-bit OSes, and Windows 8 may work, but we cannot guarantee compatibility or support) Processor: Core 2 Duo or greater RAM: 4GB Video Card: 1GB DirectX 9 compatible Nvidia or ATI card. 4. I just bought and installed the new 777. I was all excited to hop in and fly it. I started up FSX, loaded up the plane, and away I went. Then when I started keying through the views, I get a big Blank screen when I hit F10. How can you justify not putting a 2D panel in the plane? I have the PMDG 737NGX and IT HAS ONE! So imagine my suprise when I get nothing on the PMDG 777 and it costs $20 MORE! I understand your all about simulation and want people using the VC, but if you're going to charge almost $100 for this you really need to complete the model with the 2D panel. Without it the plane seems CHEAP/INCOMPLETE like some 12 year old made it on his mom's laptop. Come on, please add this little bit of eye candy in an update or something. Don't make me look for an after market panel to fill the void. Thank you in advance for rectifying this
