I have been trying to get some assistance with this, and have not been able to get ahold of any customer support people from Carenado on this one. I purchased the X-Plane version of the Cessna 208B and the deicing boots only seem to be actuating on the left-hand wing. I flew in icing for a while testing the deicing boots switch and looking at the icing data readouts for both wing surfaces. When the deicing boot switch is turned on, only the left wing seems to be effective...I continue to get ice buildup on the right wing and cannot seem to get the boot pressure to that wing. There is only one switch in the cockpit so I am not missing an boot pressure redirect switch or something. Any assistance would be helpful...I can't seem to fly this aircraft in real wx during the winter because I build up too much ice on the right wing and cannot clear it using the deice boot.
