    Hi Dave, Thanks for the prompt response. Those two frequencies (119.4 & 128.65) are the ones that I tried before and just now. The reply from ATC is 'aircraft calling ANCHORAGE Clearance Delivery on { }. It appears that you are on the wrong frequency. And thanks for the tip about where to find frequencies!

    When at PANC the radio in P2A is initially tuned to Z41 Tower. I have tried all of the Clearance Delivery radio frequencies that I found on the internet and none will allow me to "Request IFR Clearance"'. I Connect OK between P2A and X-Plane 11, so I must be doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
