Northernlenses

Please excuse the "simplistic question" I am a newbie to XPlane, come over from MSoft, Regarding the candair water bomber, when you select this plane it starts with the engine idling,sat on a lake. and also advises the anchor is deployed, How do you raise the anchor ??? I have looked all over the cockpit and cannot find the switch/lever. I am expecting it to be really simple ( when you know how).
