    I use FS2Crew on all my flights, and though the triple is not that complicated an aircraft to operate, as opposed to the dash8, it does feel good to have the crowded flightdeck. And if you are like me, and love to do things by the book and numbers, nothing beats the procedures FS2Crew provides. Plus having the ability to communicate with ground, FA and Co-Pilot via voice is, for me at least, almost as being there in real life. Can not recommend FS2Crew enough.
