    Hi Ryan,

    Seems strange to get the Paypal receipt for both 737NGX and 777, but then get 2 'purchases' for the 737NGX from PMDG and no reference for the 777. Looks like the download purchase engine got its wires crossed some how. Anyway, the PMDG guys will get to your issue, soon hopefully.

     

    As I said earlier, you are at least getting uninterrupted time on the 737NGX. Have you mastered tutorial No 2....the LOWI approach yet? Took me many reloads to get the turn in the valley sorted.     I recently got my 777 issue sorted, but I just had to send another ticket in to request them to activate my purchased extended download service for my PMDG 737NGX, however the 777 flies like a beauty, as always!

    Only recently, Robert (GOD of PMDG) reminded people that they needed to use their names on all posts otherwise the post may be removed. It also helps PMDG when they see a post with a problem and see the name of the poster as a PMDG owner of such and such and they can respond quicker. Easist way is to place your name in your signature

     

    If you have received the 737NGX, then you will need many hours of practice before you get her sorted out, so maybe ideal if you learn one a/c first. Great tutorials supplied with 737NGX. There is a patch due out very soon for the 777, (which seems to have some issues at present) so maybe the PMGD guys are waiting until the patch is applied before making it available?

    I've already purchased the 777 mate... I bought them both in one day.. I've already had them before I know how to use them perfectly.... I'm requesting what i purchased to be given back to me download fee or not, I just want my stuff back... I'm pretty sure you guys would be frustrated if you just spent 160$ total in one day for payware......

    Hello PMDG users, I recently purchased both the pmdg 777 and the pmdg 737ngx. I strangely have 2 charges for the pmdg 737 ngx, which is fine i don't mind about that, ill just give that to my friend. However, I also have the paypal receipt for the pmdg 777 but no email was sent to me about downloading it and it doesn't appear on my transaction list in my previous orders.. help?? I have all the order numbers

    Hello, I recently purchased the PMDG 777 and the PMDG 737 NGX base packs. I would like to know if there is a way to redeem a new download link because I just today reinstalled windows due to some issues, and it would suck if I couldn't get these aircraft back. many thanks, slappilet

    Hello AVsim community, here I come. I am a regular customer of FSX and I have basically all of their planes; however I am having a issue here with the PMDG 777. Now I sent a ticket into PMDG but they didn't respond which I can completely understand as I bet they get like a hundred or more customers a day and It's hard to catch just one persons issue, atleast they have another place people like me can resort to.

     

    Now heres my problem; I go to routefinder and load in the flightplan I want to do, then I go ingame and setup the FMC. then I get to the DEP/ARR Page where you select the runway you takeoff from etc, then there is the SIDs next to the runway selection, the sids on that page are completely different and do not list what I'm seeing on routefinder. I would like a immediate solution to this if possible because I've been waiting about three days. I would like to do long international flights without sitting here looking at my magenta line, trying to adjust myself to it.

     

    TL;DR: SIDs on FMC don't match routefinder.

    Hello avsim community, PMDG would not respond to my ticket, in which I'm sure they have plenty of people messaging them daily and I'm completely fine with that, atleast they give us another place to resort to. 

     

    Anways, I'm having issues with routefinder and my 777 FMC, none of the SIDs match... For example one sid is rik3r or something like that, right? Well if you go to routefinder in my case, and look at the SIDs the first one is "PALEO". That is not in the FMC; I'm getting pretty frustrated here as I really wanna do a long distance flight with proper autopilot navigation.
