Oh I'm unable to use my pmdg 737ngx and 777 because PMDG can't seem to respond to my desperate tickets.....

No problem, just wish pmdg would respond to my tickets lol

I've already purchased the 777 mate... I bought them both in one day.. I've already had them before I know how to use them perfectly.... I'm requesting what i purchased to be given back to me download fee or not, I just want my stuff back... I'm pretty sure you guys would be frustrated if you just spent 160$ total in one day for payware...... Hi... If you can read people have already said this and I'm pretty sure I get the idea. Thanks.

Hello PMDG users, I recently purchased both the pmdg 777 and the pmdg 737ngx. I strangely have 2 charges for the pmdg 737 ngx, which is fine i don't mind about that, ill just give that to my friend. However, I also have the paypal receipt for the pmdg 777 but no email was sent to me about downloading it and it doesn't appear on my transaction list in my previous orders.. help?? I have all the order numbers

Okay yeah thanks guys, I have to purchase the 5$ re-download fee for both aircraft, which is unfortunate but not that big of a deal, aslong as I can get them back. It's funny because I have a 2TB backup drive sitting here ...

Hello AVsim community, here I come. I am a regular customer of FSX and I have basically all of their planes; however I am having a issue here with the PMDG 777. Now I sent a ticket into PMDG but they didn't respond which I can completely understand as I bet they get like a hundred or more customers a day and It's hard to catch just one persons issue, atleast they have another place people like me can resort to. Now heres my problem; I go to routefinder and load in the flightplan I want to do, then I go ingame and setup the FMC. then I get to the DEP/ARR Page where you select the runway you takeoff from etc, then there is the SIDs next to the runway selection, the sids on that page are completely different and do not list what I'm seeing on routefinder. I would like a immediate solution to this if possible because I've been waiting about three days. I would like to do long international flights without sitting here looking at my magenta line, trying to adjust myself to it. TL;DR: SIDs on FMC don't match routefinder.

Hello avsim community, PMDG would not respond to my ticket, in which I'm sure they have plenty of people messaging them daily and I'm completely fine with that, atleast they give us another place to resort to. Anways, I'm having issues with routefinder and my 777 FMC, none of the SIDs match... For example one sid is rik3r or something like that, right? Well if you go to routefinder in my case, and look at the SIDs the first one is "PALEO". That is not in the FMC; I'm getting pretty frustrated here as I really wanna do a long distance flight with proper autopilot navigation. Thanks! ~Slappilet
