March 29, 201412 yr why doesn't the directions say anything about the "Support Ticket"? "This is how it works, when we see your purchased the Extended Service, it will be recorded in your account, that's all you have to do, no record keeping!" (paraphrased because it won't let me copy/paste.) I can't find anything about a support ticket???? James Stump
March 29, 201412 yr In my order confirmation email it said the following: "Your purchase has been recorded in your account. In order to receive access to your download, you must open a Re-Download ticket in PMDG's Support Portal: http://support.precisionmanuals.com"
March 29, 201412 yr oh, I didn't look in my email. Maybe the directions should tell you about this step, and that the support portal registration is different from your original registration. James Stump
