Hello Sir, It now works!! Thank you for answering so quickly. I did open FSX.cfg and confirmed that HIGHMEMFIX=1 is there. Freaknout, I really appreciate your response as well. The problem was indeed with EZDOK. Previously, I did reconfigure for the new aircraft, but my error was that I did not run the "EZDOK Configure FSX" as an Administrator. Again, thanks to both of you for taking the time to assist me. This is a great product, and the service is equally as great! Kind Regards, Peter N.

I downloaded the PMDG MD-11x, and unfortunately, the external model is not visible except for the aircraft shadow....only the VC is visible. Please note picture below. Please help! Peter N.
