I have the normal startup of Prepar3d. It's ok. I have the A2A 172 as well and it works fine. Orbx, Active Sky, and Soft Clouds all work. Even connecting and flying for my virtual airline works. Just not in the 737NGX. Do you need my recent purchased license number? I used to have it with FSX too and I did get the passwords backwards initially as I used my FSX license to activate my P3D v4.3 PMDG 737. I can't figure out where I'm going wrong. I just tried loading it again, and it is cold, dark, and frozen. No switches work. The only thing you can do is pan around. Also, I noticed the 20 second initialization did not start up. It's not that it's set to start cold and dark. I always let the sim start in default and then I change it to fast turnaround in the FMC after the 20 second initialization. Thanks, Dack T.

Yeah, yesterday I made one good flight with all of the switches and everything working and then when I closed out I had a box come up saying I had content errors and it saved the preluding content error text in my documents folder. I don't remember doing anything or changing anything at all. When I say it starts cold and dark, by default it starts with the engines running and ready to fly. It's just dead now. I can't remember if I mentioned I'm running P3D v4.3. Thanks, Dack

My 737NGX starts in a cold and dark state and it will not follow joystick or key commands. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it per the Operations Center. Figured it out. I was downloading the old FSX file and license number instead of my P3D license number. Everything appears to work now. Thanks.

I've installed all of my payware, including A2A Accusim 172, Active Sky for P3D 4.3, Rex soft clouds, and a lot of ORBX scenery. I haven't installed any freeware or any other aircraft yet. Everything was working fine. Then, when I initially installed the PMDG 737NGX, I didn't have my license number saved, and I'm not sure what I initially did when the activation box popped up. But I did do an uninstall of the 737 with the installer and then installed again. The only payware I have left to install is the FSFX Immersion. I do have the latest FSUIPC installed. I'm wondering if I didn't screw something up when I continued to install without my license number initially. One thing I just noticed is that I can't find the PMDG Operations Center installed on my computer. Could it be a corrupt download?

The thing that is weird is that my default aircraft plus an A2A aircraft work perfect. It's just the 737NGX that it doesn't work with. I have a new SSD card, thus the reason for "fresh install."

I have a Sidewinder joystick that has worked fine with PMDG in 4.2. However, since doing a clean install of windows 10 on my SSD and fresh install of P3D 4.3 and PMDG, I can't get my joystick to work other than to pan around and change views. The flaps will go down one notch and no more. The throttle doesn't work as well. I've uninstalled 737NGX and reinstalled with the same problems. Any ideas out there? All other planes work fine. Before I spend $90, does the 737NGX work with Prepar3d v4.2 yet? I'm getting a lot of bugs on other v4.2 add-ons.

If you receive an answer from PMDG, could you post the answer on here? I'm having similar problems using the 737NGX as I can be flying along great and then certain key commands freeze up and I'm stuck with the view I have. I have a lot of add-ons I use too, and as long as its not the 737NGX, I can run the recommended 30 fps all day. And of course I set my system up as recommended by PMDG three times, one time a whole new, fresh installation of FSX as recommended by PMDG. Thanks a lot
