  1. windows xp 32 bit causes problems on this computer drivers need at least vista, windows 7 and 8 no probs according to diff driver manuals got a copy of windows 7 ultimate sp1 64 bit intend on comparing it with windows 8.1 pro in about a week from now fresh fsx install with acceleration pack latest fraps doesnt work properly with fsx and/or ati drivers. crashes or freezes about 1 in 3 attempts. 31 20 51 at 4ghz fsx and OS on same drive some clouds appear disappear when panning fsx had 9 out of 10 settings to max ! as standard , I couldn't believe it. 3dmark 06 score 28,000 one run at stock doing a fresh install of OS and fsx again. seperate drives this time x-fi card for this install clearing away some of the software conflicts, i've seen reviews where 290x doesnt play well at low resolutions like 1680 x 1050 so i'll do fraps at 2560 x 1440 tests.
