I have been having this issue for a couple days and what I found was my Honeycomb Alpha starter switch was on the "start" detent. This was assigned to "magnetos on" and was causing the engines to motor which it shouldn't do, especially with the systems not active. It seemingly bypassed everything and caused the engines to rotate at an N1 speed of ~4% and wouldn't allow an engine start. Thought I would share in the event anybody else runs into this.
