  1. Since somebody hijacked my topic yesterday, I am reposting. Hi - I keep getting this error pop up and FS crashes to desktop. I have nothing else open on the PC. It seems it happens after I have been working on scenery for 15 to 20 minutes or so. My cpu and gpu temps are not high as the error indicates may be the issue. The gpu driver is the latest from Nvidia. I even reinstalled older drivers, but the error keeps happening. "Your graphics device has encountered a problem and Microsoft Flight Simulator will exit. This may be due to graphics card overclocking, overheating or due to a driver fault." I am not overclocking anything on this PC CPU and GPU temps are normal, not even close to hot. A few days ago I did a complete fresh install of FS2020. I thought maybe something had gotten wacked. Still same issue. PC Specs OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 System Model Alienware Aurora R11 System Type x64-based PC Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900KF CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s) Name NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 BIOS Version/Date Alienware 1.0.17, 9/7/2022 SMBIOS Version 3.1 BIOS Mode UEFI Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB Total Physical Memory 31.8 GB Available Physical Memory 23.4 GB Total Virtual Memory 36.6 GB Available Virtual Memory 26.0 GB Page File Space 4.75 GB Page File C:\pagefile.sys Kernel DMA Protection Off Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! >>> One person replied with this<<< "What is your memory speed set to, try reducing it by 200 in the BIOS is the first thing I would try.You can try disabling hardware acceleration." My response was "No idea what memory speed is set to. It is whatever the PC was built with/as. I have not added or modified anything on this PC. Nothing has changed except this error popping up in the last week or so."

  4. Hi - Earlier I was using PSXT just fine, as usual. I noticed there was a newer version. So I just updated to v32.3.0 I open Real Traffic, then PSXT. PSXT opens, indicates user aircraft at SYCJ airport, everything green except 'live=0' is yellow (as normally seen until 30 seconds or so later), a few seconds later PSXT closes/crashes. I deleted the .ini file as mentioned in FAQs. I uninstalled, rebooted PC, reinstalled...same thing. Any ideas? Thanks!
  5. How do I get rid of wrong airlines showing up at an airport. Example, at TAPA, I get two Southwest 737s as static aircraft. SWA does not fly there. Thanks
  6. Thanks for the reply. I will try the 'move' option on the Comm window scenario. I did not know I had to disconnect at the end. I will try that next time...after today since I just closed it without disconnecting, lol. When using Pilot2ATC I do not see that it actually changes the frequency displayed in the aircraft. The radio always shows 124,85 I believe, but it definitely is not changing as Pilot2ATC changes. Should I see the frequency change inside aircraft? So today the airplane image did not show up on the moving map in Pilot2ATC. If I hit center on aircraft, all I saw was a red plus sign, but it would not move and follow route. If I hit center again, the + sign moved again.
  7. Hi - Just downloaded the trial and have used it for 2 days now. A few annoying glitches. I am using FS2020. I followed all the steps to turn off FS2020 ATC, voices, etc. Flying KJAC to KDEN all was well until I got close to Denver. Approach handed me off to Tower. Tower clears to 34L, but the Comm freq automatically switches back to Approach. Approach again says contact Tower on xxx.xx. I can see the freq change, co-pilot gets contact, cleared to 34L again. But freq goes back to APP. This is an endless loop. Below Comm and STBY I can see the assigned freq. But Comm keeps going back to Approach freq. Here is a very short YouTube video showing the glitch - https://youtu.be/zcU_UYyxR1w Clicking on the Comm/STBY brings up the Comm radio in the background. Hovering over Pilot2ATC in the taskbar shows it open, but the only way to make it appear is too select 'maximize' and then it is full screen versus a small window. I could not resize it since it was in maximized format. Once I shut down FS2020 suddenly the Comm window acted like it should. The next issue is I tried to re-open Pilot2ATC after closing it, but I get a pop up warning indicating a version is already running. Using Task Manager to look at open programs shows that Pilot 2ATC is not open. The only way to use it again is to shut down everything and reboot the PC. Very time consuming. Pilot2ATC seems like it could be a good program, but with the issues I am seeing I do not think it is FS2020 friendly right now. Any suggestions? Thanks
