Thank you for the support and keeping me sane 😅. I think it was a bad airport file as you pointed out. I checked my community folder and forgot I added a KOAK airport. PSXT didn't see it as a 3rd party/Add-on and had it at stock so I think that may have been the issue. I moved to KSJC had that run for a few hours and everything worked correctly. It also recognized it as a add-on airport. I will try to shout out this product as much as possible because it has really changed how I use the sim. I've bought just about every AI Traffic add-on for FSX,P3D,X-Plane, and MSFS and this one just hits different with the live traffic. I do wish Real Traffic was cheaper especially for the Pro but I will finally buckle down and buy the annual. Once again thank you!!

First off fantastic product!!! Second.... question about live traffic parking. Ive been trying to work on KOAK (Default) to get the aircraft to stay when parking at the gate. Or do I have this wrong? Ive let the leaner learn and it updated the parking spots for a lot of the private aircraft on the ramp but nothing for the mass amounts of Southwest traffic coming in, so edited a few gates as a test but when the aircraft come in to park they disappear. Ive noticed at KLAS (FlyTampa) aircraft coming into the gates park, and stay even when Real Traffic no longer shows the transponder on. This is the correct behavior if setup properly right? I'm going to delete the airport in the updated airport folder and start over to see if I made some mistakes editing but I just want to make sure that live parking is a thing and not an anomaly. If not an anomaly lol..do I just let the leaner do its thing? If its not picking up SWA flights at the gate how do I go about editing properly? I read the manual and input my own info but what are the most important parts in the code to make this work? the days,hours, etc? Thanks in advance.

I solved my issue!!!! By luck i went to use internet explorer and i could not pull up google and MS troubleshooter found the issue to be the proxy server that IE had switched to for some reason. I found a guide cannot find the link but its simple. I went to IE, then tools,internet options, then clicked on the connections tab, then LAN settings. in LAN settings you will see an area for Proxy server and a check box that says "use a proxy server for local addresses". The boxed was checked so I unchecked it hit ok and was able to use google again. After went to FSX loaded tje NGX put in my activation code and bam was good to go. This helped me out so im hoping to help anyone else who may have this issue its worth a shot.

First off for the past 3 hours I have not been able to submit a ticket to PMDG because I cannot login for whatever reason but I also cant activate my NGX!!!! This is becoming a very frustrating purchase. Installed with Admin started FSX with Admin when i put in my license key from the e-mail i get cannot connect to internet then followed by wrong licence key. I have searched everywhere on the forums but no one has posted any solutions to the problem and don't be a child and post a link to the ticket support area I already stated I cannot log in there. Maybe it has something to do with my activation? Help will be much appreciated.
