  2. When you go to your completed order page, just download the installer as you did originally. Yes, it may appear that you are downloading the same zip file. However, if you open up the zip file that downloads, you will notice that he executable is dated 4/12/2020, which is the latest version. Manuel or Bryan can correct me if I am wrong. Thanks, Jeff

  4. Hi Manuel, Thanks for all you are doing with this product. I agree about receiving positive feedback and motivation. I know that many times, the only feedback one may receive is negative. So, I want to add my voice to Ben's in letting you know that I have had this product since it was first released and love it. In relation to Ben's question and your response, I have a question. I have reviewed the documentation and your training video and see how one can go in and add a hotkey for the PTT. However, I could not figure out how to assign a joystick button as the hotkey. The documentation says that it must start with CTRL or ALT and then the key. Can you provide some information on how to add a button as a hotkey? Thanks, Jeff

  6. Hi Bryan, I am having the same issue. I will also say, "Set Dome Light Off" or "Set Dome Light Dim" and the response is, "check", but nothing happens. Otherwise, a great product. Thanks, Jeff
  7. Hi Bryan, This is great news. I have just purchased this product and I have a question. In the zip file there is a "UGCX Important Information.pdf" file that says to come to this support forum for important information related to NGX-U if I own UCGX. I do, but I don't see anything here. Am I missing something? Thanks for all the great products you provide! Jeff
  8. Hi Bryan & Manuel, I am glad it wasn't something I did or didn't do. I thought I had uninstalled everything correctly. But I did go back and made sure that everything was uninstalled and the folder deleted. I then went back in and re-installed, and still had the same issue. I appreciate you quick response and help. Hi, I just updated UGCX to version 1.2 and now when I go to bring up the menu, I get the message, "Ultimate Ground Crew X - Loading Data, Please Wait!", I will continue to get this message for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then I will get the message that "Ulimate Ground Crew X has been reset!". If I make any change under options (i.e.choose language) or to my airplane profile, it will go through this same process for about 4 to 5 minutes before getting the reset message again. I didn't see this happen with the previous version, so I wanted to see if this is a known issue or if I may be doing something wrong. Thanks for your help, Jeff
