Hi, my name is Matias Avila, i bought the GN430/530 advanced license from your website. I have tried for a week that your support give me a solution. My credit card was charged but the webpage didn´t recognise it, i gave all the information neccesary to Billy Winburn but i don´t get any further response or solution.
I find this very frustating, i hope it´s not the general user experience that your clients have to go trough.
