Same here but it seems related to the large pitch trim wheel, and it happens even at low level flying the trim wheel spins forward as far as it can go and the mouse scroll seems unable to turn it back. You can grab it with the hand and drag backwards to adjust it but as soon as you let the mouse button go the wheel spins back to full forward. Reported it to Carenado waiting to see if he comes back with a fix. The latest update doesn't seem to help either.
