Cheers guys will definitely give it a look! Cars just failed it's MOT so may have to sort that first and look at new motherboard and Cpu on payday!

Thanks for the help guys, Already had an understanding that the ram upgrade wouldn't make any difference but needed it for a few other bits I use the computer for. I'm looking at overclocking so I've given the computer and all the fans and heatsink etc a damp good clean out and overlooked up to 3.8ghz so far and just testing the stability of it so far (fingers crossed)... Other than that I'm also looking at maybe a new cpu for the near future, so far the amd fx8350 has caught my eye but I'm running with a gigabyte ga-970-ds3 and from all the literature I've read from the cpu and the motherboard I'm getting conflicting ideas as to whether they are compatible or not! Hi guys, Hoping someone can help here! I have my system set up etc and whilst FSX runs well I want it to be better and hoping people can give me a few tips on how to get the most out of FSX! Processor - AMD ii Phenom (x4 3.4Ghz) GPU - Radeon 6700 1GB RAM - 8GB (Already got another 8GB on order) Hard drive - 500gb (Got a 64gb SSD on order) OS - Windows 7 x64 bit MB - Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 PS Ive also got ordered the acceleration update. Like I said although Ive got it running well at the minute I do really want to push the boundaries and I know a lot of this can be achieved with add on scenery and patches but I really dont know where to start and whether people can suggest any add ons/patches etc? Thanks for your help in advance! PS Ive thought about overclocking my processor but also thinking about investing in a new one at some point anyway so if anyone can recommend then please feel free!
