If you're running SoundID systemwide then try to restart it. I write this because I expierienced this problem when the app crashes. If you don't know SoundID you can ignore my posting.

There are default json files for different types of aircraft in FSRealistic/Data/Profiles. For example def_jet.json, def_piston.json or def_turboprop.json.

You have to activate "subtitles" or something similar in MSFS/General options/Accessibility iirc. You don't need a 3rd party app to run Air Hauler 2.
