Hey All I'm trying to set up MSFS2020 and assign keys. I'd like to use the touchpad/cursor to look around the cabin but cannot work out how, so I'm stuck with preset keys which just aren't as realistic. Hope someone can help! :)

Another update. I have discovered that if I get into the VC (where the Mouse Look works) and then right click and select Spot View, the EZDOK Mouse Look works again, but when I cycle through the views it stops working. The same thing applies to the other view (Tower & Aircraft). The Mouse Look does not work on these views if I right click select them from anywhere outside the VC. I bought and installed EZCA onto FSX:Steam a few weeks ago and it all worked perfectly. No problem. I was happy with the default settings, and from what I understand of people's experience with setting up EZDOK that was just as well. Then it all went wrong. I decided I would like to "walk around" the aircraft and after watching a YouTube video in which someone was able to walk around a nice 747 freighter, I copied it exactly. All I did *exactly* was go to spot view and then right-click on the screen "aircraft/world view" (or something phrased like that). Immediately everything went wrong. I realised at once I could no longer switch between VC/Spot/Tower/Aircraft using the S key - a function I use a lot. Then I realized I could no longer use the touchpad (mouse) to navigate around the cockpit either. Then I decided to give up and use the Restore FSX on the EZCA Config - this returned the ability to cycle through the VC/Spot/Tower/Aircraft (great) but now my arrow keys won't work to fly the plane, and the touchpad won't allow me to move the camera in any view other than VC. NIghtmare (even though ML is selected in every view) A lot of misery for one right-click, so I hope someone can help me (besides uninstall/reinstall EZCA and FSX: Steam. Thanks guys UPDATE I worked out that when I hit the EZCA Restore FSX button it wiped the aileron and pitch controls in the control settings of my FSX so I fixed that and now I can control the aircraft and cycle through the correct FSX views that I like. However - the problem I am left with is that EZCA will only allow me to navigate around via the touchpad on the VC view, and not the Spot View, Tower View or Aircraft View, all of which I could do before my infamous right click. Thanks for your replies everyone. The first thing I did was your method nolonger - I cut the entire sound folder from the 747, I created a new sound.cfg folder (as a prototype I cut and paste your exact example of the C172) and then put that into the sound folder of the 747. Unfortunately all I got was silence again and no sound. Did I do something wrong here? charliearon - I have also copied the entire sound folder from the good a/c into the poor one as you suggest, but with one difference - instead of overwriting the old sound folder, I cut it first and then replaced it with the good/new one. This also just leaves me with total silence. Any ideas? BTW I restarted the Flt sim fresh every time after making these changes. Thanks to all, inc. I tried charliearon's method a second time and this time it worked - the difference was I cut the contents of the quality file into a new sound folder, rather than bring the entire folder in. I'm trying to change a sound file on an aircraft and not having much luck. I have downloaded a great 747 model but the engines are default and sound poor. On the other hand I have some great 747 models with amazing engine sounds. I want to move the quality engine sounds into the other model, and have tried the [fltsim] alias=B747_400\sound method and it doesn't work, leaving me with no sound at all in the new model. Any pointers on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Hello everyone I have a quick question about Ezdoc. I just changed from FS9 to FSX. After 10 years using active camera I'm going to need a replacement. I read Ezdoc is a favorite, but I have a question about it before I buy it. I use a laptop to fly my sim, so I need to know if Ezdoc allows you to navigate around the VC via the touchpad and then control live cockpit controls with the touchpad while in navigation mode. The videos I have watched seem to show Ezdoc navigation control via keyoard shortcuts and then instrument control on stationary panels, but I can't fly like this. Hope you can help & thanks
