  1. Hi, Many thanks for that. I thought about it being possibly a font problem, but I'm nervous to look into this ,without technical help!,hopefully Support will pick this up. Thanks Ian Zetland
  2. Hi again - Yes all default aircraft work OK plus another 3rd party complex plane I recently installed works OK too. 2d & VC fine too. Problem only seems to be with the JS4100 - a real shame as I use to fly it all the time - Now its useless :(. Thanks Ian Zetland
  3. Hi vonmar, Thanks for your prompt response. I can answer as follows:- I re-installed FSX Gold + Acceleration + SP1 + SP2 My copy is a DVD in a box (not a download) Not tested before installing SP1 though. I tried the tutor flight - exact same problem occurs no change Ditto Cessna at KSEA - no change same problem again.- no change. Hopefully there are other ideas to try. Thanks again Ian Zetland UK .
  4. . Hello, I have recently done a FSX re-install .and JS4100 re-install plus SP1 The problem is that some of the displays are blank - some have the wrong data in the wrong place ( i.e altimeter seems to be wrongly put into the main info panel - above the yoke). Engine data panel shows only dial outline no data - FMS seems dead. Co-pilot side Radio panel & FMS have wrong dials showing. It's all very odd. On the original installation - this didn't happen - All worked well. Can someone out here offer a solution or a fix? I'd be very grateful Thanks to all IAN ZETLAND UK
  5. Hello, Many thanks to both Propane & Flibinite. They were both spot on! I haven't been on my flight sim for 6 months now (due to a close family bereavement) so I'm rather rusty. This problem is thankfully solved I have my BA variant...However I now have another problem. Most of the main gauges on the JS4100 are either missing ,not working, or showing gobbledegook numbers ..very odd! I think everything else is OK. When I re-installed the Jetstream I also installed SP1 at the same time - Could this be the cause? Has anyone come across this before? i I hope some kind soul out there can help - I'd be most grateful Thanks again Ian Zetland
  6. Hello, Hope someone can help. I have recently done a full re-install of FSX. I have re-installed the JS4100 with no problems. However, when I have attempted to re-load the livery that I want (BA ribbons) It does not appear anywhere within FSX Aircraft (only the 'PMDG' version is showing). I have tried using the original Jetstream disc to do this (modify etc) - as well as downloading the livery from the PMDG web page, but nothing seems to work I can see the actual livery I have downloaded in the FSX PMDG JS4100 folder - even if I click on it. it activates but doesn't seem to go anywhere. It simply doesn't appear within FSX Aircraft icons. It' so frustrating! Can anyone suggest a remedy or an alternative approach for this problem. I would be most grateful Ian Zetland
