Yes I do have PMDG's trio of NGX, 777 and the 744/748 QOTS II, and they work pretty well and are probably the most reliable and comprehensive payware addons you can probably buy on the market.

1 hour ago, lukejw20 said:I think I have a pretty good idea. I have a lot, and I mean a lot, of addons. I have:
Taxi2Gate Orlando
Imaginesim Atlanta
FSDT Las Vegas
FlightBeam Phoenix
PMDG 736,737, 738, 739, 744, 748,77L,77W
Aerosoft A318, A319, A320, A321
Thomas Ruth A330
FSND MD-83
Flythemaddogx MD-82
CLS DC-10
FTX Trees HD
REX Soft Clouds + Texture Direct
Active Sky Next
Aerosoft Zurich
Aerosoft Tel Aviv
And finally I have a lot of addon scenery from the library.
I just wanted to point out yes I know that the TOM A330 and FSND MD-83 are FREE so you don't need to talk to me like I'm stupid. But anyway, I would have to buy all these addons all over again for P3D, a price that will be twice as much than the FSX 32 bit version. And I think I would have to subscribe to some kind of license and make a yearly payment of like $200 or something around there. With all of these addons, running on a Windows 10 64 bit PC, FSX rarely crashes.
these are fairly less for a P3D extensive simmer. I have probably more Aerosoft airport sceneries than all your addons combined. Lmao

8 minutes ago, Captain Kevin said:I'm guessing he's talking in reference to using the 777-200LR on a route normally flown by a 777-200ER or 777-300 since he responded to somebody else who mentioned the missing -200ER. Don't think you need to be a pilot to know that the PW4084 and the Trent 895 sound nothing like the GE90.
Exactly! And not to forget performance difference as well.
47 minutes ago, Werner747 said:As a pilot or passenger? Unless you can tell me that you have PILOTED these airplanes in real life, I have to respectfully tell you that I don't think you are in the best position to judge accuracy - you do know that PMDG have real guys that actually pilot these aircraft to assist with the testing right? I think that takes precedence over your armchair assessment of the accuracy of the aircraft.
He's not judging the accuracy of the aircraft but rueing the lack of options regarding the aircraft. And please can you tell me, how is flying a 777-200LR on a route on which the 777-200 or -200ER flies, any accurate?

yes, correct me If I am wrong, here's what I've come across when it comes to the 777-200/200ER :
777-200: MTOW options : 242.6t, 247.2t, 263t, 267.6t (Higher weights are also sometimes referred to as 777-200 IGW)
Engine options : PW4074, 4074D, 4077, 4084, 4084D
Trent 875, Trent 877, Trent 884
GE90-76B, GE90-77B, GE90-85B
777-200ER (Also called 777-200IGW but with increased fuel capacity) :
MTOW options : 263t, 267.6t, 275t, 282t, 286.8t, 290t, 294.8t, 297.5t
Engine options : PW4077, PW4084D, PW4084, PW4090,
Trent 884, Trent 892, Trent 895
GE90-85B, GE90-90B, GE90-92B, GE90-94B
Legend : D - Derated
t - tonnes ( 1 tonne = 1000 kg)
IGW = Increased Gross Weight -
21 minutes ago, windshearDK said:You mean like they did for the 747?😔
yes, but it will be a bit complicated as well because the 772 powered by PW has lower weights, higher fuel burn compared to the GE and RR powered ones. Also the PW bird was the lightest amongst the trio.

5 hours ago, captainsazzman said:they did but had also said they made a 200ER model that was sitting on someone's computer in the office while they think things over. To be fair, there wasn't enough time and dev resources to complete it properly.
well, they are correct. Modelling the 200ER would mean modelling three seperate engines as well.

1 hour ago, Samany69 said:Ofc you did Sir. Not Disagreeing with them. Just adding to the list ;). for me the 777 is good to go now with current equipment.
Regards.same, the only thing I really find missing are the variants. It's funny and odd to have a -200LR flying a route that was for the 777-200 or the -200ER. Feels different.

Not outdated, just needs a mid-life upgrade enabling the EFB a lá 747-8 and few touch ups here and there, with which she will be good to go. Also the 777-200ER/-300 because that bird is far from being down and out and also why not?

I have picked up the GSX L2 Expansion but it will be a while before I can get around to experimenting with it. Hopefully, you'll have a full SODE compliant VIDP mod from me soon.
Hi, me and one of my compatriots have done some work already, if you want, I can email you a sample of what we have done till now. Perhaps you could build on that as well.
Cheers,

RWY29/11 ILS touchdown zone has been adjusted as well so you don't see 4 reds on the PAPIs coming down, and, I've added gate assignments based on my knowledge for the field so if you use AI, you should see them positioned correctly. Once GSX level 2 is released, I will also work on replacing the non-functional jetways to SODE jetways which should add to the immersion until we see a brand new version of VIDP which is sorely needed.

Simply download and replace (when asked) in your scenery folder.
Hey, now that GSX L2 is released, when can you make VIDP SODE compliant. I am also trying the same, but the cannot figure how to make the static jetways disappear.
Thanks,

So, did a 4.5 hr flight from Egypt to Denmark on the MD-82, everything went fine until the last 30 mins of the flight, My Autothrottle stops responding to Speed or Mach settings, even on disconnection, it does'nt budge from it's original position when given manual Joystick inputs, and when you disconnect the A/P using the assigned button on the Joystick, neither does the flight control respond. the FMA simply indicates VNAV LVL and AT OFF, which is a bit conflicting for a beginner like me. So, is there something I am doing wrong? Anything that I missed, or is there a methodology to disconnect A/T and A/P.
Thanks,
Swapnil.

An error has occurred during the transaction. You have not been charged at this time. Please quote code TRSRSP1<br/>Processor Response: Do Not Honor
This was the error I recieved when I tried paying using my Debit Card. I hope it helps in resolving my problem and maybe many others too. Cheers!

Hello, it may seem inappropriate but I wanted to buy PTA v2.5 from the website but apparently I am getting an error saying the Payment/Transaction was not honored. Now, in banking terms, that is as good as a transaction being declined. So could you mind telling me the name of Banks in India that can allow me to make the purchase. Sorry, I am a bit confused regarding this as I am facing a similar situation with other online Vendors as well.

Well as far as i know, there will be no 747V2 without the 747-400 itself . And if you are talking about the 747-100/200/300 then please try the CLS 747 HD Collection.

Hello people,
Well I am stumped after seeing the previews. Honestly I could not make the difference between reality and FS. The previews were so perfect! But I had a query as to what will be requirements for the 747 V2 . I Have the following Rig:
Lenovo Y50-70
I7-4710HQ (3.5 Ghz with Turbo-boost)
Nvidia GTX-960M
Windows 10 64-bit
1TB HDD with 8GB SSD
Will the above specifications suffice for your beautiful Plane??

Hello everyone,
I had bought a new Laptop from Lenovo, model Y50-70 and it has the following specs:
i7-4710HQ (2.5ghz-3.5ghz)
16GB DD3 RAM
1 TB HDD
Nvidia N16P-GX DDR5 4GB Graphics Card
Will these specs be sufficient to allow me run FS9, FSX / FSX SE, P3D V1/V2/V3 comfortably with addons??
Any help will be appreciated.

When it comes to Airbus Shorthauls i would rather wait for the FSLabs A32X Series.......because the Aerosoft A32X has some innacuracies when concerning with the visual model. Most visible of these would be a obvious lack of wingflex which is seen in this picture.

I wonder if anyone has figured out adding SODE or GSX Jetways and Dynamic Lights to LivingFS' Lagos scenery?
