In some airports, the last waypoints of a particular STAR is the same as the first waypoint on a Final Approach File. In this case, should I keep it as is or delete the duplicate waypoint on the final approach file?

Thanks for the reply. I have enabled both options as suggested but I still find AI going all over the place to intercept IAF. From AI Monitor, the flight status for AI with such behaviour is shown as "Intercept IAF" and controller status is FSX instead of AI Controller. :(

Hi, One minor problem I have noticed is that, after being released from STAR, AI tend to circle around the beginning of ILS approach for a period of time before they actually intercept the localizer and start final approach. It happens from time to time at different airport but it almost always happens at VHHH ILS 07L. This occurs even when they have received clearance for landing from FSX ATC. I tried using different setting but it did not solve the problem. I have a feeling it has something to do with the AUTOGEN approach profile. Regardless of this minor issue, I really enjoy AI Controller and believe this is a product that can be written in FSX history. ^_^

Hello, I have been getting 'config stabilizer' warning on takeoff recently. Then after I did some tests on the ground. I noticed that whenever I increase throttle, STAB value immediately decreases to minimum (shows -15 in FTCL), and whenever I decrease throttle, STAB immdediately jumps to maximum. It seems that somehow that vertical stabilizer is controlled by my throttle input. I have checked my control setting and they were all in good order. I have also tried re-installing PMDG 777 but it did not solve the problem either. At this point, I am running out of ideas and I would love to hear your suggestions. I do have FSUIPC installed for using other add-on programs but I did not map any key through it.

Hello, After quitting FSX for 4 years, I recently decided to build a new PC hoping to fly PMDG 777 smoothly with many other cutting-edge addons. However, without any .cfg tweaking, I was a bit frustrated today seeing that my PMDG 777 only had about 15 FPS in virtual cockpit when parked at EGLL, where I plan to use as base for many flights. While I wouldn't call it a slideshow, it was definitely not smooth. The EGLL scenery I use is UK2000 xtreme Heathrow v3. Here is a complete list of other addons running at the time: PMDG 777 UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme v3 REX 4 Active Sky Next FSGenesis Europe/Africa UTX Europe GEX Europe My Traffic X Pro 5.3c (with slider around 25%) GSX EZDOK I understand this is a big list and also that addon scenary and traffic kill a lot of FPS. But I really expected more from my new machine which has 4790k @4.6ghz and GeForce GTX 780. I have certainly seen people running FSX smoothly in many Youtube videos with similar hardware/addons/settings. So, what am I missing here? Am I really being too ambitious? Hi all, I purchased ImagineSim's VHHH today only to find that both user aircraft and AI won't align with the yellow lines when parked at gates. After doing some research, I realized it might be a duplicated AFCAD issue but I could not find any other AFCADs for the airport (using Airport Scanner) other than the ones from ImagineSim. And I do not have any addon traffic at this moment. I had FSGenesis Asia and GEX Asia installed. I have also tried uninstalling both but it did not fix the problem.
