Hi everyone, just posting an update of the situation Half hour ago and 3 tickets later my order appeared under the "previous ordes" menu but status is pending so I still cant download my plane. Hoping this is just part of PMDG team just processing my payment. I´ll post tomorrow if anything changes. Good luck to all Anuar Tanus

Pete, there's nothing inside my account, the "view previous orders" menu is empty. Actually I am not re-downloading 'cause i've never downloaded anything. I just purchased, for the first time in PMDG last friday. I'm waiting for an agent to take over my case, ill keep you posted. Thanks again and great flying week.

Hi, I used both ways that you mention, first the ticket and theta this forum. I've checked my spam Mail and theres nothing there. I was hoping soneone could trace my payment and send me the download link to my Mail. The trouble ticket says "waiting for agent" Thanks

HI, last friday I parchased directly from PMDG webpage the 737-800 base pack. My payment went through perfectly, I've e en checked On my bank statement, and PMDG send me a receipt, the thing is that I never received a download link nor a registration number or serial code. Please help, I've tryied to reach PMDG since friday and no one answers. Thanks Anuar Tanus México city
