  1. Just wanted to post the good news, I've activated radar contact and everything looks good. If anybody else has problems try and be patient because help is out there. Well worth the wait. Thanks again Ray.
  2. Yeah still no joy with that activation key, and I've done everything asked and in the right format. I dont want to ask for a refund but I may have no choice. Thanks for all the response you have given.I would just like to say I appreciate the fact people try and ripoff software and you have to stop them so I understand the reason why activation is done this way. I'm really frustrated I haven't been able to see this software up and running.
  3. Can anyone help me with this problem. I ordered radar contact 4 one week ago and downloaded the software one week ago, and I have sent away my email requesting the activation key but no joy. The only response I got was my email address wasn't in their records so activation has failed! This is rubbish because I only have the one email address and I used It.The thing that is annoying is they get your money and you have nothing to show for it. Can anyone shed any light on this matter for me, I have all the receipts and everything else BUT NO ACTIVATION KEY! :mad:
