  1. thanks Jack, im running v2.5, i really do get improvements by adding affmask84 and optimizedpart1, flying a2a and pmdg ngx aircrafts thanks for pionting this out, a lot of guys using this server cpu for gaming in china right now, i was be misdirected by their e3 myth. they say this cpu has 4 cores 8 threads, same performance as i5 but a cheaper price. i believed it and turnouts very struggling with xplane fsx and p3d. yesterday i finally decided to sell E3 and upgrade to i7 4790k, will install it today, expect some improvements hopefully.
  2. Greetings from China:) I've been looking around the forum for p3d cfg tweaks, but most tweaks done for i7 4790k. Could anyone give some advice on tweaking based on this specific CPU E3 1230? My current tweaks including ammask84, bufferpool, optimise1 and nothing else, my gig is an ITX running b85n board+e3+msi gtx970+16g, your help is much appreciated! cheers, LINGFENG my p3d setting is quite realistic, some high some ultra, some dense some normal. Addons: res4+softclouds with not very high res setup, orbx global vector lc n EU, asn, pmdg777, uk2000 egll extreme. with the tweaks i mentioned above, i only get poor 16 fraps average inside cokpit down egll, outside scores ave 25 ahhh, only upto fl200 then i can see 30 to 50, really need some help here. thanks a lot, LINGFENG
