    Hi, I had the same problem, I found the solution on the internet: -open regedit (Windows + R, and type "regedit") -go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion -Create 2 new values ("Edit" -> "New" -> "String value") "RegisteredOwner" and "RegisteredOrganization" -Double-click on each to fill name.
