I'm trying to reinstall PMDG 737 NGX onto a new machine. I have no longer have access to the original email connected with the purchase but do have the product key number. My issue is trying to contact PMDG support to seek help in this situation. I seem to go around in a circles in the PMDG website , never being able to actually post a ticket. I am registered !
I assume I am missing something obvious here but after a couple of attempts and a lot of frustration, I'm going out to the community for help. PMDG had one of the best support processes in existence but now I cant even seem to make contact.
So two issues, how can I reinstall 737 NGX 800/ 900 and how do you make contact. I can find the page but not the button to press !!!!
