Thank you for your replies.The problem was with the activation,somehow it got corrupted.I deleted the files in the flexnet folder,and on restarting sim I was asked to activate,which I did and now all is good.

Thanx for the info.The aircraft loads in c&d and I cannot turn on the mcdu.I don't know what caused this as it was running perfectly.I can turn on the auto throttle switch, FD switch, autopilot switch etc.I can see the altitude knob turning but the digits do not move.I have loaded the default scenario and then loaded the 747/747-8,I have also loaded straight in with both variants and it makes no difference.As I say both the 737 and 777 work flawlessy.I did a fresh install of the747/747-8 let it update and it still made no difference.Will open a ticket with PMDG. Hi Thank you for replying.I have rebooted my system and restarted the sim,I am still having the same problem.I can click on any of the display screens and they will open in 2d,I can open and close the battery switch cover but the switch itself will not work.None of my joystick control actions will work{fsuipc} ie flaps,speedbrake.FlexNet is running.

Hi I loaded up the 747 this morning and found that I had no interaction in the cockpit.Is there a way of repairing the aircraft or do I need to do a re-install.I noticed that when the plane is loading I am not getting the usual loading info on the top of the screen.The 737 and 777 are working ok.I am running p3d v4.4 and win10. Any help would be really appreciated Regards M.Hamilton

Update, Shut down and restarted CP 3 or 4 times,started working eventually on another note,I generated a report file and this is what appears experimental_version = False. I have experimental selected in the options menu!!.

Hi I just updated to 4.82 and I cannot get my joystick assignments to work my views.I have unbound them and tried re- binding them but nothing is working.I have also tried the alt tab metod.No luck.My mouse panning is also not working.

Hi I have the latest experimental version of C.P and whenever I move me mouse pointer to any of the hotcorners it immediately crashes C.P with the error box about sending a report to C,P.It was working yesterday before it updated this morning with the only problem being that it would not activate the bottom centre view. Anyone else seeing the same problem? Regards M.Hamilton

Hi I have 60+ airports installed via the addon xml method.I thought that that was the correct way to install tov4? Mick Hamilton

Just a quick note,should there be a case of the same sceney in both the addon xml and scenery cfg ie I have JustSim - Varna Airport in both files and I have only used the addon xml route? Cheers

Hi Dan.So has LM changed the way scenery the addon xml works in 4.1 .I am using the exact same p3dv4 addon folder as I was using with v4 and never had any problems with? Mick Hamilton

On checking the p3d website I found that other user were having the same problems that I am seeing.Some users seemed to think that it is a problem with the amount of entries in the xml and cfg files.I removed several scenery folders from the p3d documents addon folder and low and behold all aircraft textures are back to normal.I will add said folders back one by one until I find a corrupt file or reach a working limit. As said before thank you so much for your help.Especially you Kyle I was ready for giving up M.Hamilton

Just downloaded a fresh copy of 4.1 from Lockheed.uninstalled old content then client, reinstalled fresh client then fresh content,back to square 1 with textures I will revert back to v4 again as I am certainly not doing a full install of 4.1.It took me 3 days to do a full install from v3.4. Again thank you so much for your help.
