Hi Dave - couple of small notes. Unable to get IFR clearance at KIAD. Clearance delivery at KIAD is noted as 135.69 (tough to enter). Actual frequency is 135.70. Also, when flying from KBWI to KSBY it seems P2ATC doesn't recognize the tower at KSBY. Could not contact tower to get approach or landing instructions - kept getting told to contact tower on 119.4 (KBWI's tower). When I contacted tower on 119.4 I was given landing instructions for KBWI even though I was at KSBY. Maybe issue with Unicom and tower on same frequency at KSBY or KBWI and KSBY fairly close together?. Thanks for your continued efforts!
