  1. Hi,

I moved over to Prepar3D v4 recently, and when I load into the sim at Amsterdam (FlyTampa Scenery), my aircraft is spawning half way inside the ground... This is also the same for Orbx Bilbao.

    Screens: qgrFNna.jpg 8Zv0DP8.jpg

Initially I thought the issue was Orbx Vector, however after running the AEC configurator, the problem still persisted. I also removed vector in it's entirety, and the issue was still there.

I've tried reinstalling multiple time, with no success. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be grateful :)

  2. Hi,

Hi, i recently reinstalled P3D (version 3), and when i load into the sim, with the aerosoft a320 for example (it happens with all aircraft), the nd and pfd displays are way too bright: uuDncNB.jpg

If anyone knows how to fix this then I'd be grateful

P.S: My HDR & PTA settings are exactly the same as before i reinstalled P3D.

I use Aerosoft A320, ORBX, PTA, Aerosoft

  3. Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix an issue with the PMDG 777-300ER, where it just stutters for about 4 seconds every 10-15 seconds, in Prepar3d.

This only happens in the PMDG 777 (i've tried the 200LR and 300ER and it's only done it in the 300ER)

I have Orbx Global, OLC Europe, FSUIPC, REX soft cloluds.

Initially i thought my settings were too high but it works on every other 777 variant so i don't think that's the issue

    Thanks for your help,

    Hubert Gaszewski

  4. Hiyah, I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue i have with P3D.

Basically P3D was working fine until i connected my second monitor - I had to change a setting in my bios for it work and it enabled my onboard graphics which I had disabled by default. So then when i got my second monitor working i went to play P3D and it loaded up the scenario creator screen, and then it just froze, and after a few seconds it just closed with no error message or anything.

So I instantly thought that it was because of the onboard graphics so, i went to my display adapters and disabled my oboard intel graphics but then it killed my second monitor. It did however alllow me play P3D perfectly fine without any issues but the main reason i purchased a second monitor, is to be able to view charts/ofp's, etc. whilst flying without having to alt-tab

I managed to bypass it a little; I just disabled my onboard graphics, launched P3D and when i got to the scenario screen, it didnt crash, so then i clicked fly now or whatever its called, and it worked fine, and then i enabled my onboard graphics - which enabled my 2nd monitor and it was all fun & games, and i got like 30fps which is pretty much the same what i was getting before i got the 2nd monitor, so i think that rules out P3D selecting my onboard graphics over my GPU.

But still, this is a slight pain to do every single time, plus if you ever want to change airport or plane - it will just crash at the scenario creator screen and you have to start P3D all over again.

    SPECS:

    - GTX 970

    - i5-4690k

    - Asus Z87-K Mobo

    - 12gb RAM

If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd be very greatful!

    - Regards, Hubert
