    Since I am registered on the Support Portal at http://support.precisonmanuals.com/, but not the PMDG main website at https://www.precisionmanuals.com/index.html, it would appear that they each require their own separate logins and accounts. Is that the case or am I missing something here?

    I'm registered with PMDG under the old password system where all you needed was a User Name and a Password...both of which I have. Under the new system, PMDG wants to send me a code by email through which to reset my password. Unfortunately they don't appear to have my email address on file. How can I login without having to create a new account?
