  1. Hello everyone, today I got the Majestic Q400 Pro Edition and it is amazing, but I got a problem during the takeoff roll of the second flight. During the takeoff roll, I set the thrust to "Rating", the takeoff thrust but when beginning the roll, there is an alarm coming up and I am not able to go faster than 50 kts, even with full power thrust. The problem is that I don't get any warning indication, only the sound of the alarm and I have to reject takeoff because I can't reach more than 60 kts !!! What I noticed also is that the sound isn't as the engines would be at their maximum. Probably a beginner's error but I sincerely don't know what it could be. Thx for any help, Matteo
  2. I am not sure but I think I have also got the 1722 error before the 1603 error
  3. For a more detailed explanation it happens at the end of the install of the second disk when he is like "registering modules"
  4. What I find strange is that it didn't happen the first time because after a new Windows install it is the same situation. When I installed FSX via the two discs it always launches as admin so this ain't the problem I think. Should i simply retry ? ( it would be the 4th time ) . There isn't a logical explanation as it happened also to vc10man but what is finally th cause ? Best regards, Matteo
  5. Hello everyone, I started this topic because I got a problem about installing FSX with the classical 1603 error. I know this topic already exists on three hundred other forums but in my case the reason of my error has absolutely no sense and I will explain why. I got a new PC and installed FSX ( Gold Edition ). After a few days , they were already the consecutive fatal crashes so I decided to completely uninstall the sim. Afterwards I tried the reinstall but got the Acceleration activation problem and tried to solve it via doing the trick on the registry.( this part of PartMgr and so on...) The problem is that I misunderstood it at first and deleted whole registry keys. To not take risks I made a reset of the pc ( reinstalling win 10 ). After a few weeks I decided to install again the sim because the pc was at it factory state. ( so if it was brand new ) That's why I thought I wouldn't have any problem during the install of FSX because the pc was completely refreshed but that s when I actually got the 1603 error. My question is why does it happen to me when the pc was completely refreshed ( not only uninstalling FSX but the whole system ) because the one who usually get this kind error is when they reinstall which isn't my case. Why do I have such errors on a new installed Windows ? What could be then a solution ? Hope you understand what I mean. I would appreciate any help ; ) Matteo
  6. After the last post I did a test flight to see if everything worked well and unfortunately the hangs continue and this time the whole fsx crashes. The first time it happened , it was about 15 min after I started it so it can't be the hang of the change of scenery. After a second try, it happened about 25 min after the start of the sim. So now I'm getting a little irritated about this. I would think that a reinstall would be necessary but I don't know if it could solve the problem. Thx for any help Best regards, Matteo
  7. In fact I've FSX installed on an SSD and I got the issue anyway. If you consider it is normal it's okay for me. Will report if I got new problems but hopefully not. Thx for your support,I really appreciate. Excellent job ! Best regards, Matteo
  8. I've set the settings from ultra to high and I made a flight from London Stansted to Luxemburg. I only experienced a little hang in the middle of the flight but after the freeze I was able to continue the flight. The question now is , is it normal or am I on the wrong way ? Will try longer flights in the next days. Best regards, Matteo
  9. I'll try that in the next days, will keep you informed. fingers crossed
  10. I made a few flights since and I don't have the ctd anymore but this time I have an application hang where there is logically not the faulting module. So I can't see where the problem comes from. Most peolpe says that it is due to the OOM(Out of Memory) crash, but I don't think it's my case because I only run the PMDG 737 NGX with the fsx default scenery and my flight only lasts one hour. Thx for any help again. Best regards, Matteo
  11. Thank you very much, this is exactly what I was attending. At first I'll do like everybody does uninstall and reinstall IVAO. If there might be again crashes I'll follow the steps in the CTD guide. Best regards, Matteo
  12. I watched the video and thx for the advice, but I don't think it answers my question. I would like to know how to avoid the crash of the ivap dll and how the crash is related to the mscvr100.dll that is actually the faulting module. Sorry from my side if I didn't explain my problem correctly. Best regards, Matteo

Sorry that it is in French but I think you can see which module causes the ctd. Matteo
  14. Hey guys, I write this because I got some problems with my sim. I still got the FSX Gold Edition with the PMDG 737 NGX and the Airbus X add-on and every two flights it crashes. The sim doesn't respond anymore and to close the program I have to open the task manager. I already avoided to set ultrahigh graphics, applied the highmemfix. I would add that I use smartcars ( Virtual Ryanair ) and that I fly for the IVAO network. In addition to this, I absolutely don't think the problem is caused by the pc itself. It would be nice to answer and I hope that it is the fsx and not the pc and that I probably should turn to P3D. Thx for any help, Matteo PC Specs : i7-6700( not the k version ) gtx960 2gb vram 16 gb ram 256gb ssd where fsx and Windows 10 Home Edition are installed 1to hdd
