    Hi I am having same problem, it is even more laggy in Prepar3d V4. I closed chaseplane and enable view (pan) from control assignment and panning is very smooth I almost forgot that panning can be that smooth since moved to chaseplane. I have seen post but no solution so far.

    I am building my gaming PC and every time I add new hardware I get into this problem, I found good solution!!! I went back to ezdok
