Addon Scenery Folder not in Main FSX:SE Directory

Attempted to install an Avsim AFCADS KMEM. Went to FSX:SE directory to find that the addon scenery folder wasn't there. Any input would be appreciated.

Have you tried running the installer as an administrator?

Hey guys, got a bit of an issue here that I can't see to figure out. Recently had to uninstall FSX and install again because EZDok messed up my stuff. Anyway, DLC's downloaded, etc etc. When Soft Clouds downloaded, no shortcut showed up on my desktop. Help? PS: I probably posted this in the wrong forum, I'm fairly new, I apologize in advance.
