  2. Hi. I purchased the new 747 a few days ago and I'm really pleased by its aesthetics. However, I can't even complete a full flight as my flight simulator freezes after takeoff. What happens is I call normal after-takeoff procedures and when I select flaps 5/10 and switch off the outboard lights my flight simulator freezes there and then. Without clicking anything else for 10 seconds, FSX crashes to the desktop. I don't have this problem with the 737,old 747 or 777 and I'm getting similar fps as with the 777. Any help would be appreciated greatly! Thanks in advance.
