Thanks Jean-Luc. I may not have done it correctly but it did update my 750. I just double clicked on the GTN750 exe. When I did it that way though it overwrote all of my saved flight plans. That's why I wonder if I did it correctly.

I am trying to update my 750 but I'm not sure where I should locate my files. When I download the update should I put the update in the same folder as the setup.exe file? If anyone can show me their folder setup I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Found my problem. It was only with one aircraft so I re-installed it and if fixed it. Thanks for the quick response. The GTN 750 is an excellent add-on.

I just updated my 750 to the latest version. I have a couple of problems. The Master GTN is a black screen. The second 750 works okay but my previous flight plans have disappeared. Also as I was updating I got a 404 error when I had the GTN Trainer box checked. I unchecked it and it updated but with the problems. Any suggestions where I might look?

Jean-Luc I downloaded v2.9 and still had the problem. When I changed the Nvidia settings the problem was solved.

Welsol I am one of the users having the same problem. I made the changes and it works perfectly.

Jean-Luc I still have a problem with the washed out looking display. Has anyone else reported this problem? I have updated to the latest version and the latest video driver.

I tried downloading the 2.4.7 version but can’t figure out how to install it. I tried running the installer but it only shows version 2.4.6. Could someone tell me where I am going wrong?

Jean-Luc have you ever found a solution to my strange looking screens? I was hoping updates to my Nvidia 960 card would fix it but so far no luck.

Alvega I tried your restore procedure and was able to get the screens to show up again but still have the distorted screens which the developer has not been able to fix. Alvega I have tried everything head_check said to do. It didn't work. I think David has a point. We paid as much for this product as X-Plane itself cost. If you will check the thread at the top I had it working for a little while but the output was messed up. There is a screenshot of what I saw. We never got that fixed and then when I updated X-Plane the screens went black. I would think if the installation program is not working correctly the developer should see if he can figure out what the problem is. For a non-techie it is a real problem searching for all of the folders, files etc. and reinstalling over and over.

David I'm in the same boat. I purchased the software over a month ago and never did get it working. Just gave up and wrote it off. I'm not sure using the GTN trainer was the best way to do it. It doesn't seem to like other software running.

What kind of system do you have? Mine worked partially before the latest beta update but now I only get a black screen. I am going to add some more RAM but the problem probably is in the graphics card (NVIDIA 960M).
