    I did install X-Plane 10 running with DVD's don't know if that makes a difference? I do see the program on my hard drive when I select it I get a error message that says "not a valid x-plane 9 folder" (I have 10?)have tried to copy and paste a image of where I get stopped it but unable. I'm am like a fish out water on the forum sorry, I do appreciate your help very much! Any chance I could call you? landon

    not really sure where I would ask question? I posted yesterday but didn't get a response? I don't see any file that's says X-plane.exe?

    Cant get XP to install after download, I cant get though the setup. I keep getting "Make sure you choose the folder where X-Plane.exe is located" I believe I picked the right one but no go. Is there a number for tech support? frustrated
