  1. Thank you so very much for Linda. I've been a flight simmer since the SubLogic days (1980s) and owned my own plane when I was much younger. I recently began using Linda with P3Dv4 after I bought a USB button switch box. The Linda interface is so tiny on my 4K monitor it's difficult to read with my old eyes. I was just wondering if there is any way to enlarge the program and have larger fonts. Thank you for a fabulous program, your time and consideration. OldBob
  2. I recently upgraded my system from an i7 4790k running at 4.4 gHz to an Asus Strix Gaming - H 370 motherboard (16 gigs RAM) with the 6 core 8700k running at 5 gHz. I'm using a GTX 1060 with 6 gigs. I see marginal improvements mainly due to added clock speed of the 8700k. P3dv4 doesn't seem to care about multiple cores at all. Quite honestly I see a greater improvement with the latest Windows 10 Gaming mode in P3Dv4. I use v-sync on at 30 frames on my 4K 40" monitor and with gaming mode enabled I'm finding smoother performance all around. The Fall Creators Windows 10 update's game mode is really worth using in my opinion.
  3. I'd like to know the same thing but I don't believe it's possible to simply convert the file. I wish it was!
  4. dragonflightdesig, Thank you very much for the explanation. Yes...I was hoping to swap out the g1000 GPS from the Mooney Acclaim with the G 500 in the Beech Bonanza. They are both default aircraft but as you suspected they are not LM designs. I have edited the Gauges.cfg in the Mooney to add another window for the Garmin 500 which works out well except it keeps disappearing every time I change views. I'll forget swapping out the GPS and work on a solution to keep the newly added GPS window open. Thanks for your help.
  5. Hi All, I bought Addit Pro thinking I would be able to modify panels (I'm using P3Dv4), replacing the G1000 GPS with the Garmin 500, a GPS I much prefer. I've been wrestling with this software for a week now and I'm still no closer to figuring out how to do that than when I started. I've searched for a pdf manual as the help file is no help to me at all but haven't been able to find one. Does anyone know if it is even possible to replace a GPS in the panel for a different model and if so is Addit Pro capable of doing it? I appreciate any help I can get doing this. Thanks,
