  1. Yeah that’s the way I understood it also, but just wasn’t sure Good shout about the EICAS though, I will pay closer attention to that. I was watching TheFlyingFabio the other day and he confirmed that the aux tanks are part of the total fuel available also so I have triple confirmation 😊. Thank you for all your help,
  2. Hi everyone, I really can't figure out - the fuel quantity figure on the Progress page in the PMDG BBJ FMC includes the fuel in the AUX tanks or is that not calculated/included in this figure? If it is not, how do I know what distance does the AUX Fuel give me? Any helps would be appreciated.. Cheers!
  3. I’ve just bought a new monitor with nvidia sync or whatever the term is. I will report back. I’m hoping it will fix all the issues….
  4. Thank you @Luis Hernandez - I will try all you suggest and report back. I assume that my next step would be upgrading to a more modern (g-sync compatible?) monitor? Many Thanks
  5. Its 100% a HDMI Cable. I don't believe I own a DisplayPort cable.... From what you are saying DisplayPort is the one to go for? Edit: I just bought a DisplayPort to HDMI cable (my Samsung Monitor only supports HDMI or VGA).... Are there any other settings that I should be considering..... what about the image and texture quality tab that I posted a picture of in my first post? Do those need a tweak?
  6. I've just applied all the changes - the results are: A dramatic improvement versus what was there before. I am however noticing that now I seem to get 1 straight line across the screen when panning around. The line is always horizontal and its just the one. What could be causing this and what could I do to eliminate it? Can I please thank you for all your help so far! You've been fantastic!
  7. Hi @Luis Hernandez - thank you for your help. I've made a few changes as you've suggested: free sync on the monitor - enabled G-Sync must be enabled for both fullscreen and windowed applications - I don't seem to get that option? Also, in the P3D profile settings in NCP, Monitor Technology must be set to G-Sync Compatible - not an option I'm able to see? VRR Variable refresh rate - enabled (took me a while, but found it) Thanks for your help
  8. Hi All, I have a brand new install of P3D v5.3 due to a recent upgrade I am running a Nvidia RTX3060 with Game Ready Driver version 531.41 and I'm facing what I can describe as screen tearing/lagging/stuttering when moving around the flight deck. This is happens in all sorts of aircraft Pieper Cub / PMDG 737 you name it. Below are my settings: In addition, I have set the following inside Nvidia settings: Max Frame Rate: 35 OpenGL Rendering GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Vertical Sync: Adaptive This is the monitor that I'm using as my only display: 27" CF390 Full HD Curved Monitor P3Dv5.3 is running as administrator and I have disabled full screen optimisations in Windows 11 for the application. The Sim is smooth as butter otherwise, just whenever I pan around the flight deck it seems like something is lagging behind. This issue seems to happen only in the flight deck.... Please help me. I'm really looking forward to CTP and want to get everything going/tested before then :) Many Thanks,
  9. Which of these settings is responsible for panning around?
  10. Hi Guys, I literally cannot get it to work. I cant look around the flightdeck at all. I can change views that are static cameras etc but I cannot pan around at all. What am I missing :( I used to be able to do it but I can't remeber how to set it. :( I'm using this Thrustmaster Hotas X. Thanks
