  1. thanks for updating us. i bypassed p3d v4 or 5 and don't really use p3d much since i got goflight working in xplane 11 and fs2020
  2. http://www.xpluginsdk.org/goflight.htm this is where you get the plugin. it will prog most modules. then I use pollypot pre configs for efis and mcp Pro. so there's no data refs lvars to worry about. polly and xpgf work fine together i have mcp Pro rp48 T8 p8 lgt tq6 efis mesm gf45 4xgf166 tq6 working in xp11 panels also work in fs2020 with the goflight config program too. just click GFDevFSX found in goflight folder. then open config. select fsx as sim. right hand pane at top click fsx tab and prog as wanted. only thing is you need the fsx. exe file or fsx installed too. Your fooling goflight into thinking its running fsx. also works with p3d ver3. clickGFDevP3d instead of GfdevFSX. and select p3d as sim. I don't think it works with ver4 cos that's 64bit
  3. goflight modules work in msfs (fs2020) search my prev posts ref this its a simple fix. all my panels (except efis) work. mcp Pro rp48 p8 T8 wcp lgt tq6 4x gf166 2xgf45.
  4. ref my prev posts. goflight panels work in fs2020 and p3d ver3. you must click the correct Gfdev file before opening gf config software. its GFDEVFSX for fs2020. and GFDevp3d for p3d ver3. then in gfconfig click file and select simulator info. click the sim your using. then in right hand window click the tab at the top for the sim your using. my panels work fine in fs2020 p3d ver3. and xplane 11 I don't have p3d ver4 or 5, but please note that gf config probally won't work with v4 or 5 because p3d ver 4/5 are 64bit programs and gf config is 32bit. you will need to find a 64 bit Gfdev file. fsuipc have one but i think you have to buy it.
  5. all my goflight panels (except efis) work in fs2020. you need to fool goflight into thinking its fsx. do the following. have a copy of fsx. exe or an installation of fsx on your pc. Next, find goflight folder, usually in c:/programfilesx86. copy or create shortcut to the GFdevFSX. exe file to your desktop. click the file. nothing appears to happen but that's correct. now start goflight config. click file and select fsx as simulator. (if it asks for fsx folder point it to your fsx. exe file) now in right hand window click the fsx tab at the top (not the p3d one). program modules as normal and save config. start fs2020 and modules should work. I have mcppro rp48 4xgf166 2xgf45 2xt8 p8 tq6 mesm wp6 and all work fine without fsuipc or pollypot. If panels work, but no leds then search youtube for blank saitek display. follow the instructions cos it works for goflight too. only panel I haven't got working is the efis panel. but rp48 can do some efis functions. hope this works for other goflight owners. it might work for p3d if you select the correct GFDevp3d. exe and in goflight confg right hand window select p3d tab instead of fsx, but I don't have p3d so can't test it. maybe a p3d owner can try and let us know
  6. goflight config needs to see fsx. exe file so it thinks it's programming for that. you can do full install of fsx or try just the fsx.exe file if your able to extract it from the dvd. when you select sim info as fsx goflight looks for the fsx. exe so you might need to tell gflight where to find it. If you find switches work but no leds light then you need to youtube search blank saitek display. that should get leds to light. only module I can't get to work is efis but some efis functions can be programmed with the rp48 panel
  7. i have all my goflight modules (except EFIS) working in fs2020 using goflight config ver 2.28. basically, you need to fool goflight into thinking its running fsx do the following.. have an installation of fsx (or the fsx.exe file installed). goto the goflight folder (usually in c:\programfilesx86) and make sure its set to run as administrator. then find the GFDevFSX.exe file inside the folder and create a shortcut to it on desktop. click the GFDevFSX.exe file, ( make sure you have the right file) nothing appears to happen but thats right. now start goflight config. click file and select fsx as the simulator( point it to your installed fsx.exe file if asked) in the goflight righthand window at the top ,select the fsx tab (not p3d one). program modules and save the config. now start fs2020 and your modules should work. i have mcppro rp48 wp6 4xgf166 lgt tq6 2xgf45 mesm 2xp8 t8 all working ok without pollypot or fsuipc hope this helps
  8. Brilliant. I'll look forward to seeing the user waypoints soon. Thanks for the great work.
  9. hi I'm a newbie with little nav map. it looks fantastic and I'm slowly getting the hang of it. ive read the manual but cannot find what I'm looking for. is there any way I can manually enter the visual reference points found around most uk airports? as shown in the pooleys flight guide they aid vfr navigation and are used as reporting points for ATC. or is it possibly in the pipeline for a future release?
  10. is it possible to maually add visual reference points into little nav map so that they display without having to create a flightplan.? eg bristol( EGGD) has several reporting point vrps. i would like them to display just like the airway waypoint names. i cant see it anywhere in the user manual about how to do it.
