  1. It's the one located near SeaWorld.
  2. Great! Glad to see you'll be joining us. Did you make a reservation with our host hotel, or are you staying somewhere else? Only reason I'm asking is because if you are staying with us, our special group rate link isn't available yet, and you would most likely be paying more (for less) if you are staying at Renaissance Orlando without using our group discount.
  3. FlightSimExpo, North America’s community-driven flight simulation conference, brought attendees from 26 countries together in Las Vegas for a weekend of new product releases, engaging seminars, and hands-on exhibits. LAS VEGAS – June 19, 2018 – FlightSimExpo took place on June 9-10, 2018 in Las Vegas with a sold-out crowd of more than 1,100 simmers, pilots, air traffic controllers, and developers! The action-packed weekend featured 45 exhibitors, 21 speakers, and an endless set of activities before, during, and after the conference. “It is incredible to see how alive and well the simulation community is,” said Evan Reiter, co-founder of the event. “We are so grateful to the many people who helped make this event a reality. Volunteers, exhibitors, industry developers, and the community have come together to prove that simulation is more than a game: it’s a reality.” Event attendees included a mix of pilots (46%) and simulation enthusiasts. Some have been simming since the original Sub Logic days, while others experienced simulation for the first time. The all-ages event welcomed children, families, veterans, retirees, and enthusiasts from all walks of life. Event organizers encourage the community to visit our Media Partners’ websites for wrap-ups, videos, and highlights from the event: AirDailyX, FlightSim.Com, FSElite, PCFlight.net, and The Sky Lounge. Phil Coyle, co-founder of the conference, is pleased to share that plans have already begun for a 2019 event. “We have created a shortlist of destinations and dates based on exhibitor and developer feedback. In the coming days, we will be surveying our attendees and using that data to finalize a date and location for 2019. Las Vegas is on the list, along with several other major U.S. cities with good international access.” Fans of FlightSimExpo are encouraged to follow the event on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to stay in touch. The 2019 date and location will be announced later this summer. “Thank you to the developers, simmers, and community who attended this event,” said Tom Guerrette, a volunteer with the conference. “We can’t wait to see you next year!” ### About FlightSimExpo. The event was formed by a group of community organizers from VATSIM’s Boston Virtual ARTCC with years of experience in flight simulation, aviation, and event planning. FSExpo Organisers - Streaming of presentations

Hey Erich...@MaDDogz is correct, we don't plan to do an official livestream of the event. However, we are working with Meiya Group to do high quality video of all the sessions and seminars, which will be made available after the conference. I'm pleased to share that FSElite is putting together a list of all the streamers/streams that will be live during the event. Their hub page (http://fselite.net/fsexpo/) is the best way to keep in touch.

Viva Las Vegas - Who is planning to attend?

Good questions guys, thanks for asking. As you can imagine, we are absolutely thrilled and overwhelmed by the level of support for the event. We had no idea we would be even close to selling out the space when we first started the process! Unfortunately, as the issue has to do with maximum venue capacity, we are not able to do any on-site registration, nor do we have another "block" of tickets we can release. However, by managing the capacity a little (i.e., trying to ensure people are in certain rooms at certain times, etc.), we may be able to squeeze in a few extras. If you have already made non-refundable travel arrangements, please send me (Evan) an email at info@flightsimexpo.com, and I will do what I can to get you into the event until I myself head for Vegas on Wednesday. For anyone else local, please consider registering online for Sunday only, as we do have some limited space left for that day. (Please note: you won't receive a lanyard or conference bag, as we are going to be out of those by Sunday.) Trust me, we would love to open more space, are sorry to have to turn anyone away. We'll be sure to keep this in mind as we search for venues next year.

Viva Las Vegas - Who is planning to attend?

Looking forward to seeing you! We're planning to have a concession stand available although I'm not sure exactly what menu options will be (and it probably won't be open until later in the day). If you have a Starbucks near by, I suggest you stop on the way to the Strip. Of course, there's also options available in the hotel and around the Strip.

    FlightSimExpo Attendees Under 21

FlightSimExpo is proud to welcome attendees of all ages to our event in Las Vegas on June 9-10, 2018. Our website (www.flightsimexpo.com) shows the most up-to-date list of exhibitors who will be in attendance at the conference. Attendees can also register for the conference on our website. The event's host hotel is Flamingo Las Vegas Resort, and a special event rate has been secured at this venue for overnight guests. Attendees staying at the Flamingo can book rooms with the hotel at www.flightsimexpo.com/hotel. In order to check-in to this hotel, overnight guests must be at least 21 years of age, or must be accompanied by someone who is. This is a requirement due to local gaming and alcohol regulations, and is only waived for active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces (military ID must be shown at check-in). In an effort to be accommodating of any other attendees who are under 21, we have found three nearby hotels that do not require attendees to be 21. While no special room block has been made, these hotels offer an option for attendees who are under 21 to stay overnight near our host event. We recommend contacting the hotel prior to booking to verify any special requirements if you are under the age of 21. Hampton Inn Tropicana Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Hyatt Place Las Vegas There is no requirement to be 21+ in order to attend FlightSimExpo. Attendees of the event can be of any age. The 21+ requirement only applies to attendees who are staying overnight at Flamingo Las Vegas Resort.

    FLIGHTSIMEXPO Partner Registration

We are planning to offer drinks and light appetizers to all attendees, courtesy of Orbx, immediately following the event on Saturday. Because there are so many great food options nearby, we want to give attendees the opportunity to explore the area and likely won't have a formal dinner for everyone. However, we'll certainly have options to make it easy for groups of people from the event to meet up for meals.
