    You have to locate your sim installation path, in my case: C:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Fonts Inside that, you'll find the quartz.ttf font.

    You must install the font quartz.ttf Go to Lockheed Martin / Prepar3d v4 / Fonts Install that font by right-clicking on it and reboot the system. Surely you will have to do it everytime you want to fly this aircraft. Seems it is caused by a bug in a Microsoft Windows update...
