Hi, I have installed Reality XP 500. License is valid, etc. However, I can not enter any data via the keyboard. I am not talking about keyboard shortcuts. I mean, I can not click on a area, like, the waypoint, and enter the data via the keyboard. I have read the manual but it does not say anything about this. I can run the GPS in a real aircraft with no problem but the simulator GPS is not responding. Thank You Tom

I am a new user. I can use the GPS in a real aircraft but not this simulator GPS. My license is valid, and the screen pops up with the ability to enter the menu with the mouse. I can get into other menus with the mouse. However, the simulator does not respond to any keyboard commands that I give it. None at all. I can not enter a way point or anything else. The manual, which I have and am reading, does not mention how to activate the keyboard. It only mentions some keyboard shorcuts. Thank You Tom

Hi, I do have a valid license. From Flight 1, I have the following product, RealityXP - RealityXP Garmin GNS 530 (XPlane). I have a valid order number and certificate. However, I don't know how to make it work again. I did have this working over a year ago, when I last used it. Probably and upgrade issue but now I get the following. "RXP Invalid License contact vendor" I did attempt to go through the reactivation process. I received an email from FLight 1 saying the following: To complete the key reactivation process for order number "hidden", makesure you are connected to the Internet, and then click on the link below.You will see a confirmation screen once your key has been reactivated. I activated the link but that did not work either. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank You Tom Cipollone

I got this working about a year ago but left it alone for a while. I do have a valid license and I can see where it is in my directory structure. I reinstalled the software. However, when I start up X Plane 11, I get a window that is fairly static and the bottom says "RXP INVALID LICENSE CONTACT VENTOR". The window does not respond to anything. So, I am wondering how to re-setup my system. Thank You Tom Cipollone

Hi Pivot, I hope that thermal paste cures your overheat issues. I remember, a long time ago, I had a computer that I thought was having thermal issues. Turned out to be a faulty processor. I would love a picture, as you say. Yes, I can find the x plane /menu/plugins/rxp gps/settings. Lots of settings except for "Use Simulator Commands". Thank You for your help so far. Tom

Hi, I purchased the Reality XP GNS 530. Yes, it is loaded as a Plugin to X plane. Yes, I can pop it out and show it on a display where I am running Duet display. i overlay it onto an Air Manager panel that I made but it is not part of the panel. I know that somehow it needs to be imported into the panel. I have attempted to do an import but I don't know which file to import. Having searched the Reality XP directory, I don't see an obvious canditate. Thank You Tom

I just purchased and downloaded and installed the Reality XP version of the GNS 530. I have X Plane 11 and was able to start the plugin. I can change settings etc. I was even able to pop it out, as that is how I intend to use the plugin. However, even though the rotary encoders can be changed via mouse or touch, NONE of the buttons respond. What I have on the screen is a message with a flashing "OK?" that is evidently awaiting a response which I can not give, How to get started here? Thank You Tom
