  2. Further to my prior note, After pasting it in, I get the spinning circle and then at the top of the registration window it says (not responding) and the window disappears
  3. There were no preceding characters in the key sent to me. It was just a string of about 60 characters, both alpha and numerical. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and obtained a new key - all to no avail. Any thoughts would be appreciated
  4. Hi, I'm having an issue with pasting the registration key provided by Radar Contact. I have sent two emails and received very fast a product key. Unfortunately on both keys - after I enter and click the button, it does not take me to Rader Contact but just leaves me on my desktop. I have looked at the forum here and tried all the solutions - i.e. "run as Admin", reboot, send another email for the key, etc. all to no avail. When I enter the key from my email, it just takes a "spin" for a minute and takes me back to my desktop. I'm running Win 7 (Had Win 10 - but that was a pain) and thought that would correct any issues. Can anybody advise why after pasting the Reg Key it does nothing and not load the program?
