  1. I found another post that fixes the issue. I had to download the 2.6.3.0 Public Beta 2m version which solved the problem.
  2. In P2ATC version 2.6.2.3_x64_R2 I can't get the sectional chart to show up. I only get a white background. I tried using Adobe's PDF viewer and made it the default in all respects (i think) but didn't work. I then swtched to foxit, but still no sectionals. What else can I try? Thanks for any help, Steve
  3. I need to monitor the dataref "thranda/cockpit/actuators/FuelSwL" in my Carenado Navajo for x-plane 11. It has 3 states: "thranda/cockpit/actuators/FuelSwL=0" - or "thranda/cockpit/actuators/FuelSwL=1" - or "thranda/cockpit/actuators/FuelSwL=2" This is for the fuel actuator handles. When they are moved with the mouse, the dataref changes to one of the 3 states; 0 = inboard, 1 = off and 2 = outboard. Since I can't find the offsets, I've assigned my own to them. 0x66C1, 0x66C2 and 0x66C3 and mapped them to switches through spad.next. This all works as it should. The handle moves and the dataref changes. Now I need to monitor the different states in Mobiflight to help with the logic for annunciator lights. I've tried entering the Datarefs and Offsets in XPUICPOffset.cfg but can't seem to get it right. I've looked at the examples and tried those that were close in what I needed to be done, but can't seem to make it work. This is one of many combinations I've tried. Dataref LTankHandleIn thranda/cockpit/actuators/FuelSwL int Offset 0x66C1 UINT8 4 rw $LTankHandleIn >LTankHandelIn @ I know that the right one is out there...somewhere! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Steve
  4. Does anyone use the RXP GNS 530 with the Realsim 530 hardware in the PA31T Cheyenne from Carenado. I want to know if it works before I buy it. All Carenado says is that it's not been tested... Thanks, Steve
  5. I unzipped the checklist file again and it now works. Thanks for the help, Steve
  6. So I go to the AUX category, page 2- UTILITY, 1st item - CHECKLIST, select it and it goes to "Checklist" page but it shows "Used 0 Empty 9"... so I guess you could say it doesn't work there either. Thanks for helping with this. Steve
  7. I can't seem to call up the "Checklist" in FSX. I've extracted the checklist.zip file and placed it in the 172 aircraft file as a .txt file. I also copied it and renamed it to "checklist.gns". When I start the 530 and select the "Go to Checklists" on the "Instrument Panel Self Test" page, it goes to "Import Flight Plan". I push "CLR" and it goes to "Checklist" page but it shows "Used 0 Empty 9". I've tried on multiple aircraft with the same results. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks, Steve
  8. Thanks for the encouragement to read the manual. All is working now. Steve
  9. Thanks for the help, but it didn't seem to work. If I did it right, the file for my device in C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\GNS Trainer\GNS\ "sys_nand0" did not get rewritten. Any other thoughts? I did try uninstalling and reinstalling, but the installer said there was a record or something already present. So it seems uninstalling it leaves something behind somewhere. Sure could use some help here! Thanks, Steve
  10. I'm getting the message light blinking on the 530. It says "Configuration Error" "Config service req'd". I don't see anything out of the ordinary. I'm running FSX gold. Also, how does one get rid of the top white bar after I've placed the map in my RealSimGear 530. Thanks in advance
  11. HELP! I would be grateful if anyone who has the installation CD or drivers for Saitek's radio panel for FSX in Windows XP 32bit let me know. I contacted Logitech support and they told me they don't have the CD anymore and that they don't have the XP drivers anymore. I tried finding Saitek's customer support email, but they all point to Logitech now. I plan on changing the OS to Win 7, but not right away, and would love to have the panel working in XP. I've installed SPAD, and it shows everything works, but it doesn't. Any help would be really appreciated. Steve
  12. I decided to uninstall version 7 and install version 6. Used a simple fp I created last night and it worked just fine. So it would seem that version 7 has some issues with my computer. Now the question is, how do I register 6? You were right Jay, my version 7 code doesn't work on 6. I certainly don't want to pay again for an earlier version...even one that works. Thanks everyone for all the help and suggestions. Steve
  13. Well I checked my download, and it is for Flight Simulator X. I was thinking of downloading and trying version 6. I don't know if I can register it using my version 7 code, but it might be worth a try. What do you think? Steve
  14. Interesting thought...maybe that's why the joy stick program fails when I run it. As to the version I downloaded, I thought it was for Flight Sim X, but I will download the right one. Great thought! Thanks for your help! Steve
  15. Hi Jay, I used the VFR one and the IFR one from VOXATC, and...same failure. Seems the VADI.dll can't or won't install. The error log: Log Start 03/06/2018 15:59:07 FSUIPCInt init Start FSUIPCInt init End 0 Ins Text set : Initializing 0 Prompt Text set : Unable to load DLL 'VADI.DLL': The specified procedure could not be found. Thanks for the suggestion... BTW: I'm using SFX and their planes right now. Trying to keep it at just FSX generic. Steve
