I will try and submit another ticket now. I have signed on to my account every day and went to the my previous orders tab and checked but there is no download link. In fact, where it says downloadable products its empty?

Dear PMDG, I purchased the 737 on 3/28/18 and received my email conformation but never received any download link. When I sign into my account and view my orders I see the purchase but no where on the receipt is there a download link of any kind. I have submitted 7 tickets over the past 10 days and still have no product. Could you please assist me with this problem.
