Hello, I bought the GNS V2 a few months ago and now would like to reinstall it on my laptop. I don't have the "key file". I do have my serial number and order confirmation on the e-mail, but no option to reinstall via serial number.. I also don't have a Fligh1 account (for my surprise). Please help

HOW I can change where GNS V2 will look for database???? Manual says about Windows Enviroment something, I checked there and there's nothing about GNS. Apparently to update this product you need to be a computer technichian.......

There is a way to have a refund? Since I have this prodduct I've been having problems and needing to do this and this and that to simply update a database. If I could have the refound, I would buy the GTN, more updated.

I was reading this topic now, the problem is I downloaded a more recent Garmin Trainer setup and the databse is not working with GNS 530 V2! The version is 6.6... the db_2.bin files are not working with RXP

Hello! Sorry for the late answer and thanks for the support! I just made a test flight without the FSX-Borderless, and it look ok now, I'll make more tests. Another thing I realized is that the Databases are soooo old! I bought the GNS530 just because is more common in aircrafts, and I can train with it for real life training. Does the GTN 750 have a newer database or it's the same? Is it possible to change? Thanks!

Hello, It's not even a crash.. it's just buggy. When I do Alt-Tab the FSX SE screen opens black and "unclicable". Looks like some weird thing between the FSX SE full screen and your prodduct. I'm using FSX Borderless, which runs fsx in window mode "simulating" a full screen.

Bought RXP GNS 530 for FSX SE, now I can't change tasks (alt tab), because the sim crashes..... Looks like RXP is loading in a full screen or something. Tons of addons here and nothing is buggy as this thing.

Hello everyone, Reviving the topic for a good reason. I tried everything in the whole world to solve my problem in FSX SE with white textures in IVAO MTL traffic. The 3.2.1 version is not avaiable anymore so please can someone help me or send me the fix. Thiago

Charlie, After many tests i realized the problem was the Anti Aliasing!! I turned it off and now with OVC and cloud covegare density set to MAX I'm having around 20 FPS. The quality is a bit bad with not that clean texture but what I won in perfomance I think worth it. Do you know somehow to configure the AA? I will stay with AA turned off for now. About the real weather, I'm using the IVAO weather while I don't have money to buy Active Sky.. Anyway, thank you for the replies!

Thanks for answering Charlie Problem is with "simple" cloud the weather doesn't get cloudy at all. hahaha If its OVC007 it will display almost clear weather I was thinking about some clouds texture, the lightest possible. ☔

Hello everyone, I'm using FSX SE and I looked everywhere, every forum, every website for a better perfomance cloud. I don't use REX. I downloaded some some DXT3 clouds from flightsim.com but I still got really bad perfomance with clouds. On ground, clear weather - 42 FPS On ground, BKN clouds - 12 FPS The density is set to Medium (otherwise if i set low i don't have clouds at all) and my perfomance is really bad! Please if someone know a solution for better perfomance clouds i'm needing it! I don't care about beauty. I just want to see cloudy weather (when it's cloudy of course) with some perfomance! Is it possible with my machine? intel i3 3.3 ghz amd 7600A 2gb intel hd graphics 1gb Thanks anyway!
