Well, I've figured out what's happening but I don't know how to completely fix. Ortho4XP isn't making/adding .dsf files in the yOrtho4XP/Overlays/Earth nav data folder even though I have D:/XPlane11/X-Plane11/Custom Scenery/yOrtho4XP_Overlays/ in the custom_overlay_src tab. I'm getting around this by making the folder (+30-130 for instance) and copying the .dsf file over. At least now I can run Extract overlays batch build and the autgen is now showing up with no errors. Also, turns out I already purchased xOrganizer... (Checked my X-Plane.org account and what'd you know!) Using it now!

I'll delete and redo that tile tonight and post results. Will look a xOrganizer. Thanks again!

Payware Add on Aircraft Not Showing up in P3D v4.4 Pro. Unzipped and added files to C:\Users\Phil\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\A2A T-6A\ per instructions. P3D is installed to D:\Prepar3D. When P3D first launched after copying files was asked if I wanted to enable A2A addon, answered yes. Tried to switch vehicle and not listed. Launched P3D with default F22. Tried to switch and still not listed. Go to Addons screen and it's listed and checked.
