  1. Caranado Support sent me a RealityXP.GTN.ini for the F33A and that fixed the problem. The .ini is missing from the download at the X-Plane Org Store
  2. Ok I will check with Caranado I assumed “aircraft installer” meant the file I download with the aircraft but I was confused as I didn’t see that .ini file in it. This is the X-Plane 11 version of the F33A
  3. There is no RealityXP.GTN.ini file in the F33A download
  4. The link doesn’t help because I don’t understand what this means: “Reinstalling the .ini file included in the aircraft installer will correct this most likely.” What and where is the “aircraft installer”? which .ini file are you referring to? Please give me exact step by step instruction that tell me where to copy these from and to where.
  5. I don't see where Please give me the exact instructions. Sorry but you are really frustrating. It’s not my fault that your product doesn’t work! It’s your product! Tell me how to correct the problem with steps I can actually understand and follow! Don’t lead me on some treasure hunt. Just give me the instructions in a direct reply to my post.
  6. I'm having the same problem but I can't understand what this means. What are the "aircraft installation files"? There is no RealityXP.GTN.ini file included with the Caranado F33A Could you please post clear step by step instructions? Copy where to where?
  7. Can you provide more explanation how to do this? I don't know what this means Please give me clear step by step instructions, thanks
  8. Reinstalling the aircraft didn't help Here's the log files 19/07/09 17:30:54.457 04984 - ] # win.xpl version 2.5.18.0 19/07/09 17:30:54.457 04984 INFO ] 19/07/09 17:30:56.931 04984 - ] # rxpGtnSim64.dll version 2.5.18.0 19/07/09 17:30:56.930 04984 INFO ] 19/07/09 17:38:24.875 04984 INFO ] GTN 750.1 - TRAINER 6501 19/07/09 17:39:34.035 04984 INFO ] GTN 750.2 - TRAINER 6501
  9. But this is what we need as customers since we aren't computer programmers. The instructions you are posing above are too complex to follow. I am having this same problem with the Caranado F33A. Setting the power source in the UI to "Always On" didn't fix it.
  10. I can’t say. I haven’t used it often enough to notice exactly when or what change if any made it stop working.
  11. Here is the log file when trying the F33A 19/07/04 23:49:34.015 04864 - ] # win.xpl version 2.5.18.0 19/07/04 23:49:34.015 04864 INFO ] 19/07/04 23:49:36.527 04864 - ] # rxpGtnSim64.dll version 2.5.18.0 19/07/04 23:49:36.526 04864 INFO ] 19/07/04 23:49:55.168 04864 INFO ] GTN 750.1 - TRAINER 6501 19/07/04 23:49:55.621 04864 INFO ] GTN 750.2 - TRAINER 6501
  12. I'll try that above. The fix above corrected the PC12 But the GTN750 will still not work with the F33A The panel appears off/unpowered in the cockpit, but the pop up window will work
  13. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire package, GTN X-Plane 11 addon and the GTN Trainer. but I get a 404 not found message.
  14.
